Chronic "unrecoverable error" problems, daily quota 1

    Close to every day my message log shows an unrecoverable error for Einstein@home. Never for the other BOINC project that I run. Then it times out for a large part of day before it will load another work unit. I note in the FAQ that a daily quota of 1 suggests that there is some configuration or system problem. Any suggestions? Or ideas why it affects Einstein and not Climate Prediction?

      I looked at your recent results and they all look like the errors I was getting about a month ago, i.e. "Client error Computing" rejections. I solved my problem by going to the Beta Application. (The link to it is near the lower left corner of the E@H home page under More Information.)

      You might also wanted to browse Message boards : Cruncher's Corner : Invalid Results-way too many. I have several posts there which explain why I was prompted to the try Beta App as a possible fix. Maybe your situation is similar.
