Changed ISP and would like to recover previous credits

    Has anyone done this before. I have changed ISP and of course changed email address. The only thing now is I have already created anew link to projects with my new email and now can't transfer, recover or close down the old account. There dows not appear to be a delete account option. Any suggestions ???

      Just change the e-mail address on the current account. Why make a new one?

      There is no transferring of credits, and no deleting of accounts. The accounts stay for the science.

      It would have just been sinpler to change your current account to a new e-mail address.
