I'm not sure, but it appears that I haven't gotten any work in 2 weeks. When I send an update request, these are the messages I get in the message log:

8/3/2006 3:34:36 PM|Einstein@Home|Sending scheduler request to http://einstein.phys.uwm.edu/EinsteinAtHome_cgi/cgi
8/3/2006 3:34:36 PM|Einstein@Home|Reason: Requested by user
8/3/2006 3:34:36 PM|Einstein@Home|Note: not requesting new work or reporting results

Is anything wrong or is new work not being issued currently?

Thanks,
Jim

Can't get new work

It looks like you are doing more than one project, and the debt of Einstein is too high, so it will not request work until the debt is evened out a bit, then it should ask for new work.

As you see it says: not requesting new work, which means just that, your client is not requesting work.

Thanks. At the risk of appearing to be ignorant, what is the definition of debt? FYI, I am running 3 projects total.

Thanks,
Jim

BOINC WIKI on Debt. There

BOINC WIKI on Debt.

There is also a few programs that allow you to view the debt. The two I know of are BoincDebt and BoincView.
