When I try to change my email address, I get the message, "There's already an account with that email address"

The only thing I can figure is that it got my email from a new computer that I am trying to add to my network but stilll haven't managed to connect to Einstein, or else it got the new email address from SETI where I just 2 days ago got it registered, or else it got if from GRIDPROJECT which I had for a few days but dropped it because its kept crashing my computer.

How can I clean this up?

Are you 'logged in' to the web page when you do this?

Bruce Yes, I am logged in

Bruce

Yes, I am logged in to the web page.

When I try to change the email address to my current email, it says there is already an account with this email address.

How can I fix this?

It sounds as if you have obtained two different accounts. On the web page, try logging out (of the account with the old email address) then log in to the account with the current email address.

What happens when you try this?

Cheers,
