Have you set the actual computer to use the correct venue, not just set up a new venue?
Go to Your Account, Computers on this account, choose the computer you want, scroll down and set its location to the venue you want to use. The open BOINC Manager->Advanced view->Projects tab->Select Einstein->Click Update.

Per project, since other projects don't use the same hostID number for your computers here.
OK, had a quick look at client_state.xml and yes, host venue is per project. But there is a cross project host id called host_cpid, but this is probably only used by stats sites.
BOINC incorectly lists Computer location as Home.......

Did you update after setting the venue?
Are you using an account manager?
