Good morning team! I have noticed a dramatic lack in all things Boinc media, with respect to any images, promotional material or video media. If you pull up a random youtube.com video or Google search for anything Boinc related it pulls up nearly nothing. What a shame, I wanted to find a useful video similar to the Folding@Home video displayed at the link below. I wanted something to spread across social media, however nothing exists; not a useful image, video or scrap of media.
I would love to work on a project to correct this massive lack in media. Any designers out there? Any thoughts or ideas? I might not be the best person to take on something like this, however we need to take action now to keep this research platform growing.

Hello Tony !
Interesting points made. I also have pondered upon similiar from time to time. My only solid BOINC knowledge is of this project since late 2005.
Now for example :
- one could Google for "Einstein At Home" and our main page ( einstein.phys.uwm.edu ) does not appear for many pages ( whence I give up ). It could be found by a few first de-references ( eg. from Syracuse ), but mainly by second or more de-references. Notably albert.phys.uwm.edu does appear as the fourth hit on the first page. Changing to "BOINC Einstein At Home" changes little.
- much the same for Yahoo.
- DuckDuckGo however puts "Einstein At Home" at the first non-sponsored hit and labelled as an 'official site'.
- there's a lot of Princeton related hits ie. where Einstein actually lived for much of his later life.
So yes, there is inconsistent linking. Our home page has various E@H links including media assets we publish eg. pulsar discoveries.
Count me in! :-)
I have some basal skills in HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP etc.
Cheers, Mike.

I think the main problem is
)
I think the main problem is not so much in helping those of us who are already involved in Boinc find and get involved with programs. What I would love to see is for the people of Boinc to engage and develop media such as the animated video from folding@home. It's just as important to bring new Boinc participants on board.Those who are working on Boinc now are keen to keep processing, let see some effort to bring in new converts, pardon the example.
We need to actively bring in new members. A person who has no knowledge of Boinc will not come looking for it, let alone for the Einstein project. What is needed is a media engagement to being in people who are scientifically minded but who have never heard of Boinc.
What am I to post on my Facebook and Twitter accounts to bring in new processing members?
The folding video really highlights this well.

What can be done in Boinc
)
What can be done in Boinc design, photography, video animation, social media involvement, scientist interviews and youtobe.com It's astounding to see the sort of poor quality search results that are pulled up in youtube with respect to Boinc.
If the scientists involved what to see information processed faster and with greater accuracy they need to start investing in generating involvement. Where are the high resolution interviews, Boinc pc building guides and video commentary?
Ah, I see. In marketing terms
)
Ah, I see. In marketing terms this could be named 'cold calling' or 'door knocking'. An encapsulated summary as a promo.
Cheers, Mike.

Indeed. I want to bring more
)
Indeed. I want to bring more people on-board however there are not tools available to execute this with any measure of success.
As always your thoughts are most welcome.
