bizare ip addr.

I was recently looking through my online computer list when I discovered that while all the exterrnal ip addresses were the same there was an issue with an ip on one PC..  I noticed that all computers listed an IP address with the range of the DHCP server EXCEPT FOR ONE.   It has an IP addr that I do not recognize or understand how it got the IP.   An ifconfig on all the computers does not show the ip addr that is of concern to me.

Any ideas, suggestions?

New tv or printer or even phone using your wifi perhaps. If you think it's a hacker you can always block it in your router and then see what doesn't work anymore.
