I used the authenticator key in my account_einstein.phys.uwm.edu.xml file to log into what's supposed to be my account, since I couldn't remember the password. When logged in, I see the email address listed is . Certainly not mine. I change the password and go to change the email address, and it claims that the email address already exists.

What's going on?

Try logging on with your email address, but click the 'forgot password?' link and get your password reset.

Then log onto 'that' account.
