I have windows8.1 windows_86_64 and an AMD/ATI HD5800/5900 Cypress/Hemlock OpenCL 1.2 and the GPU is not being utilized on the 1.39 (BRP-opencl-ati) application, will this application utilize the GPU on windows_86_64 or is it for windows_86 only?

The task list for your PC shows that it downloaded several BRP5 tasks. As long as you don't provide more information about the problem I'm afraid it is difficult to help. Is any of the tasks running?

In general any tasks that can run on a 32 bit system will also run on a 64 bit system, just not to the systems best advantage.

If you open Boinc in advanced view and look at the tasks tab, what does the status column for the GPU-tasks say?
Any hints to why it's not running in Boinc's event log? (Press ctrl+shift+e to open it)
