I 'm now in china.And i should spend the fees for the international communication and it is expensive.I don't know how to calculate it,and want to abort if it costs too much.
Ask your ISP how much per meg or gig they will charge you. So far you have probably downloaded less than 30 meg and the big work file wont need to be replaced for a while. Your incremental costs should be very small until you need to replace the big (12 - 15 meg) work file.
