Is everything energy, or is everything waves?
You say you think with your brain, grey matter, because you believe your and other's senses. If everything is energy then do you really think with energy? Or do you really think with waves?
If you actually thought with energy would your thinking be any different. The same for thinking with waves.
Is your thinking quantized? What is your smallest thought? Can you localize your thought in one place and know that it is there with infinite precision? Think about that for a while. (That's supposed to be in humor.)
Take over your thinking with correct thinking. Matter does not think. Matter is inert. What does think? Energy? Waves? mind? consciousness?
The writer does a lot of thinking and keeps his health by thinking in a mentally upward way. He also does Einstein@home, two of them, one of which has about 7000 credits and the other just started, Seti@Home about 7200 credits, the climate prediction and the Cern project.

Are you backing Einstein when you say all is energy?
)
Yes.
Wave energy can interfere with other wave energy both constructively and destructively.
No. Same same.
Thinking is continuous. Smallest (most fundamental) thought is "is", depending on what your definition of "is" is. (That's a bit of humor also.) Precisely localized thought: I imagine I can.
I think...
Keep up the good work, thanks for the post! :)
