app config. Same on intel cpu machine and an amd machine?

I just bought a used amd cpu box with a r9 270x. I copied my intel cpu box app config where I have it set up to run 2 Parks wu's per each graphics card to the new amd box. My cpu app config shows the usual .5 cpu and .5 gpu parameters. When it runs on the amd box I only get 1 wu running. On the boinc mgr under status column it only shows ".5 cpus + 1 amd gpu"

This is my first amd cpu machine. I am missing something here. Any suggestions. Thanks.
