Any way of moving workunits between computers?

Old computer, no longer in operation, was a windows machine, new computer is a linux machine. Two workunits remained to be computed, but I don't seem to be able to merge them, probably because the OS is different. Any way of doing that?

No. Since you changed the OS, you cannot merge the hostIDs.
You can wait until the results on the old computer ID time out, then they are purged from the list. Then you can delete that computer from your list. All credits always stay with the participant, so they won't be deleted.
