I activated Android/ARM 7.2.7 on my Galaxy S III ComputerID8240990 a couple days ago. I was running single core only, with default settings. 3 of 3 BRPS Arecibo tasks completed but failed to vailidate. Both WCG (FAAH Vina) & Yoyo (HAT) tasks have validated successfully without issue.
I've suspended E@H on this phone pending a resolution.
I installed it on my Xperia Tipo, after a day it begun a project, however the whole phone operation is a bit slower,I guess single core phones is not the ideal hardware to run boinc,I will keep it working though,I do operate it in battery, since I do charge my phone everyday
Works just fine on my Samsung Galaxy S3, though I did need to tweak memory settings to get 4 cores running. First units through and validated.
There has been some variation in the number of cores reported as 'available' and being used from time to time. Not battery as it's been on charge throughout, and temperature reported by 'GUI Messages' hasn't been above 30C
Well I haven't bought the gadget yet ... so I don't know. Hope Springs Eternal ! :-)
Answer = Fraid it dosen't work on my Samsung Galaxy Ace.
I have given up and uninstalled it after 4 days. Suspect this phone being a very low spec item is just not up to it memory wise. The best I got was to 18% then when I took a call Boinc reverted to 17.3% complete and got stuck in a loop of split ID. Nothing I tried could save the WU (reboots/memory clean out/ cache clean out of other apps etc).
I will keep an eye on progress and if Boinc ever manage to get the app to install on an SD card instead of the internal memory I will give it another go.
Still a brilliant idea even if it must be a programming nightmare.

Runs on a Nexus 10, but warms up when I use the tablet for anything else. There is no CPU thermometer, only battery (which is not too hot). Ok when screen off, but... when too hot to handle I unplug the charger and it stops Boinc running and it cools.
I may try it with only one CPU instead of 2.
Some days ago I posted problems when running all cores with a mix of Einstein and Pogs; many Pogs wu's errored out.
I Tried another mix now, Einstein and Milkyway. Now both projects have a high error rate, the device here at Einstein is http://einsteinathome.org/host/8007044/tasks
4 ouf 6 wu's faild, three of them with SIGSEGV: segmentation violation
I'm trying now another mix, MW and Pogs, let's see how this works.
Since this happens only @ native Boinc this might be a problem of this client. I also posted this to Mateusz Szpakowski but did not get an answer until now.
Having similar settings option as for Windows would help, then could just set it to run at certain times, or suspend when anything else runs. Ideal would be to suspend when screen is on.
Ok, I'm experiencing some weird behavior.
I crunched one WU and reported it. A few days ago I told the project to accept new tasks. Thing is, I don't get anything.
I have one BRP (arecibo) WU "download complete 0,0%" but nothing happens after that. Elapsed time 00:00:00.
My Nexus 4 is connected to its charger. The project isn't set to suspended.
The status page says "Suspended - No recent tasks available". I'm also connected to WiFi and there is no download limit. There is enough free space.
The device isn't hot. CPU crunching is activated in my Einstein preferences.
Anyone having an idea? I'm using Android 4.3 (stock).

Just try reducing the amount of memory that BOINC should leave free. Default is 0.1M so try 0.05 and I suspect it will download a WU.

First 1000 credit done without any problems except from battery drain. Even with Sony Charger 1,5A I can only use 80% of CPU Time with 4 cores.
