The server side code on Albert and Einstein differ substantially and while sonner or later we will carry over the new features from Albert to Einstein, this has to be done carefully.
The Tasks page now shows the number of tasks that match the current selection (State / Application) next to "Previous 20 / Next 20" navigation. This is not as convenient as in the newer web code we are using over at Albert@Home, but should be better than before.
As a suggestion, could you add text like "Tasks matching current selection" next to it? My thinking is it's clear to those who read your message, but those that don't maybe won't understand it.

It now reads "of ... matching" on top of the actual selection.

Edit: It now shows even the tasks numbers (from/to/total) of the tasks shown.

Due to popular and reasonable demand I made a brave attempt to backport this to our current web code.
Still not as comfortable as in nowadays standard BOINC or over at Albert, but works with our current DB.

Even better! Listing the number of tasks on the main account page is great too.
