Is Albert@Home now the official test project?

We are getting WUs now, credits were reset and are counting again, WUs look suspiciously like those here and run smooth.
Only the forum is still a bit incommunicado. Shall we take the WI proliferation as a sign of officialdom? may we even post the URL here (and at the stats sites)?

Right now we used the Albert@home DB just to test our new BRP workunit generator. Actually crunching those WUs is a waste of resources. Albert@home will certainly become the official test project once we actually need help, e.g. for testing server side components (credit new, new locality scheduling etc.). But atm. we have too much other things to do on the main project to care much about Albert.
There is no reason to keep it secret, but also no urgency to promote it yet.

And... is this test project going to have its own stats, or will the credit go towards the Einstein account, or will the credit be zero? If own stats then when?
Right now I have a funny Boinc Manager record: Work Done = 0, Avg. Work Done = 280. Don't like that. Want credit. Howgh.

Haven't seen that in quite a while!
I stopped by the site and see I was there several years ago but couldn't log in and I tried to get my password using all of the different email addresses I have had over the Boinc years.
It looks like the last time I was there was when I was still using a satellite dish IP
DSL now.......and in the beginning a worlds slowest dialup.
I see my team is still there.

Albert@home is currently being tested internally for becoming an official, public test project for Einstein@home. Targeted for next week, the actual 'release date' will depend on the outcome of these tests (and the available time of the project team).

One thing we intend to test there is crediting, currently the new credit system of BOINC and later e.g. credit of new applications. This is a test project, something may go severely wrong e.g. with credit any time. If you do care much about credit, then I think Albert is the wrong project for you.
