Aftter Install Vista Ultimate -> quit WU(no 100%)

Your results break down with this error:

- exit code -1073741510 (0xc000013a)

From my FAQ on this error at the BOINC FAQs:
The message exit code -1073741510 (0xc000013a) means that when you log off of Windows the application gets terminated quite abruptly. Apparently BOINC/the science applications don't like that too much. I understand Vista can shut down in 2 seconds... that's not enough time for BOINC to stop.

So before you shut down your computer next time, exit BOINC.
- If you run as a normal user install, it's done through Boinc Manager, File->Exit.
- If you run as a service install, you need to stop the service first. Start->Run, type net stop boinc and hit enter.

Copy the following text and paste it into the Notepad window, called WaitToKill.reg

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Control]
"WaitToKillServiceTimeout"="20000"

The 20000 is 20 seconds. Increase/decrease to your liking.
To add this to the registry double-click the file. The UAC will come up, press continue, press Yes on the next window and OK on the one there-after. You need to reboot to make the changes have effect.

Die Meldung "exit code -1073741510 (0xc000013a)" wird erzeugt, wenn bei der Windows(-Vista)-Abmeldung die Programme aprupt beendet werden. Wie's aussieht mag BOINC das nicht besonders. Windows Vista kann sich anscheinend innerhalb von 2 Sekunden runterfahren (laut Jorden jedenfalls ;-))... was nicht genug Zeit für BOINC ist, sich selbst und seine Rechenprojekte korrekt zu beenden.

Also bevor du Windows runterfährst, musst du zuerst BOINC beenden...
- Wenn BOINC als User-Installation ausgeführt wird, beende es über den BOINC Manager (Menü "Datei" -> "Beenden").
- Wenn BOINC als Service ausgeführt wird, musst du den vor dem Runterfahren zuerst beenden. Klicke in Windows auf "Start" -> "Ausführen..." und gebe net stop boinc ein und klick auf "OK" (der drücke Enter)

Öffne Notepad (oder den Windows Editor) und kopiere den folgenden Text (in kursiv dargestellt) in das Textfenster:

(die "20000" sind Millisekunden, stehen also für 20 Sekunden. Erhöhe oder verringere den Wert je nach Bedarf).
Speichere die Datei dann unter dem Namen "WaitToKill.reg" (ohne Anführungszeichgen). Um den Wert zur Registrierung hinzuzufügen, klicke die Datei doppelt an. Bei aktivierter Benutzerkontenkontrolle kommt zunächst eine Warnmeldung, klicke dabei auf . Bestätige die Meldung "Möchten Sie die Informationen ... zu der Registierung hinzufügen?" mit und die darauf kommende Bestätigung mit . Damit die Änderung wirksam wird, musst du den PC neu starten.
