I have added and made active a new 160Gb HD. Bionic\\Einstein still does not recognize the added space.
I would like to know what I need to do to stop receiving the error messages.

First, what is the error message you get? If it is something like
"you must free xxx MB to get work..."
Adding a new HD will not help. BOINC evaluates disk space on the partition (HD?) where it was installed only.

Thank you for the quick response. The error message read "not enough free space left on drive..." with no given amount to free up. I still had 16Gb left at the time. Eienstein stopped everything at once. All of the other programs on Bionic are working.
If I move the software (Bionic\\Eienstein) to a partition on the new hard drive, will that give the result of increased drive space? Thats what it sounds like.
If anything, I am getting to know my PC a whole lot better.

You set your disk space

You set your disk space through your general preferences.
Please say what you have set under Disk and memory usage
Also say which other projects you are crunching for.
And tell what the actual harddrive/partition space on the drive BOINC is at at this moment is, how big it is in total and how much space you have left.
