Hello to you all!
I contributed 5,191 seconds of cpu/gpu time for a single task and all I earned was the pathetic 62 credits. I hear computing with GPU can earn you thousands credits a day. How come I get such a funny reward? I used Nvidia Palit GTX 650 and Intel G530 CPU 2x2.4GHz
Here is the application:
Binary Radio Pulsar Search (Arecibo) v1.33 (BRP4X64)
and the task itself:

62 credits?!

This is a CPU only task. Your GPU was not involved. Check "Preferences for this project" on your account page to make sure you have selected the correct applications.

I think something is screwed

I think something is screwed up. I was curious about User's 62 credits and wanted to see what I get for my BRPS (Arecibo) with my CPUs and I also get 62 points for those. Luckily I don't get that many.

However, in glancing at the headings on my task page, I see "Binary Radio Pulsar Search (Arecibo, GPU),

I don't have GPU on my computer. How come they have me down for having it?

http://einsteinathome.org/account/tasks&offset=0&show_names=1&state=3&appid=19

What happens if they give me a GPU task?

Thanks.

Fadedrose on task list for

Fadedrose on task list for your computer there are no tasks for the GPU:
http://einsteinathome.org/host/6986453/tasks&offset=0&show_names=1&state=0&appid=23
http://einsteinathome.org/host/6986453/tasks&offset=0&show_names=1&state=0&appid=25

This number of points is normal for this application. Generally scoring now looks something like this:

CPU applications:
Binary Radio Pulsar Search (Arecibo) - 62.5,
Gamma-ray pulsar search #2 - 337 or 880,
Gravitational Wave S6 Directed Search (CasA) - 390.83,

GPU applications:
Binary Radio Pulsar Search (Perseus Arm Survey) - 3333,
Binary Radio Pulsar Search (Arecibo, GPU) - 1000.

I knew I never got a Perseus

I knew I never got a Perseus task, but anticipated getting one sometime since it's on my "menu" and didn't say GPU.

I never saw that one before that has GPU written with it. I guess it took User's problem that made me finally notice it. Oh, and I used to get something or other that I got 90 point for, maybe one of the Gamma Rays.

They shouldn't have those two GPU's on my menu if I can't order them....what kind of joint is this anyway?

Thanks

If you don't want tasks for

If you don't want tasks for the CPU or CPU, just change the settings in 'Your Account' > 'Einstein@Home preferences'.

Those links are displayed for everyone and is used to filter the tasklist to only show that type of task, the links are updated when new applications are released and old ones deprecated. So if you click one of the links for GPU-tasks (as of now "Binary Radio Pulsar Search (Arecibo, GPU)" or "Binary Radio Pulsar Search (Perseus Arm Survey)") then none will show if you never recived one. All is functioning as it should, nothing to worry about!
