Lately I have had a few work units that run for 200+ hours whereas they normally were a few hours on a Core 2 laptop. At first I thought that Einstein was doing something similar to the SETI Astropulse large files, but these inevidably lead to compute errors.
I think this is happening since I updated BOINC to the latest version, but I can't be sure.
Anyone know what could possibly be wrong? If I see a WU showing 200+ hours, should I abort it right away?
Any help appreciated, as the last few weeks I have lost considerable ground in the stats.

Since your computers are hidden, I can't verify, but I'm quite sure that those were of the batch of cancelled work units. There've been plenty threads here at the board. Try to enter "cancelled" in the search box on the top left corner of this page (without the quotation marks).
