Hey
This is my first BOINC Projekt and i dont know if this is normal. I got two 173 KB files and my Notebook needed 9 hours to crunch?/work. Is there any fault or is this ok?

Since you have your computer(s) hidden, we can't check what kind of system you have. So either unhide your computer or give some more information on what kind of system you are using.
But other than that, my Pentium 4 3.0GHz takes around 10 hours per GWC1 task. If your notebook is anything comparable, it's normal. Plus you just started using BOINC, so the initial estimates on how long tasks take will be off. BOINC however will learn from past experiences and eventually, given a couple of tasks, show you the more correct time to completion on the tasks.
Why is the estimate off? Because there are many different systems out there, for which no project can estimate how long exactly their tasks will take from the start. So a general - middle way - estimate is used.

I have completed 4 projects and I'm getting 502 credit. Is this good? I have Intel Core2Duo processor (2.26 GHz), Windows Vista 32-bit with 2 GB RAM.

You're doing well. You will find some lag between what you do and when credit is awarded as all workunits are done by more than one contributor. This is a 'quality assurance' type of process to improve our confidence in results, and thus delays awarding of credit. This basically depends upon when other users on the same workunit as yourself ( we call them 'wingmen' ) return their analysis. A validation process then occurs, a particular result from a specific user is chosen as being the 'canonical result' and credit awarded from there .... you don't have to be the same as another wingman, just within a certain tolerance.

In CPDN, QMC@home and QuantumFIRE the quorum is 1, so I don't have any wingman. I asked the devs at QMC and they said that programs using the MonteCarlo algorithm can spot any wrong result. Don't know about CPDN, but their programs are not opensource.

Hi,
I'm running a dual core Pentium @3.0ghz.
Its taking an age to analyse anything, looking at the messages my work keeps getting suspended and resumed every 20 odd seconds with the message 'suspending computation - CPU usage too high'.
This even when its only running boinc.
I've got SETI and Einstein running at the moment, its getting stuff done as I've got 2,590 credits.
