Hi,
I dont know exactly what is wrong here but when i process units that use my ATI GPU for some reason the monitor program I have says that there is 0% activity within the GPU but the clock is running full speed.
When I process for SETI with my GPU there is always a minimum of 70%. Einstein units seem to take days to process on my system even though their estimated time remaining when they start is no more than 3 hours.
Anyone know if I am set up wrong?
Many thanks,
Gary

0% Activity on GPU?
)
I'm using Process Explorer to track GPU usage and I had a similar problem, (I don't run SETI.) In Process Explorer you can select the "engines" that are used to track GPU usage. De-selecting engines that did not show activity helped for me, a bit.
I still do not see the same usage GPU-Z shows.
Are you running CPU tasks on
)
Are you running CPU tasks on all CPU cores? AMD GPU tasks often need a full CPU core as support.
You can test this by changing your computing preferences, set "On multiprocessors, use at most XX% of the processors" to 50% to run only one CPU task on your dual core CPU. When set do a project update in Boinc to fetch the new settings.
If you have set local prefs then these override the web prefs and you need to make the adjustment in Boinc or clear the local prefs to revert to the webbased ones.

What monitor program are you using?
Your tasks list on the website shows two tasks, a CPU task and a GPU task. Can you tell us the progress of each one? On the tasks tab of Boinc Manager (Advanced view), just the elapsed time and the progress % would be ideal. The 'to completion' estimate is not important.
It's very hard to say without more information. The best information to give is the startup messages from the Boinc Manager event log. About the first 30-40 lines or so when you restart BOINC. You could copy and paste them into a reply here.
Cheers,
Gary.
