I just joined, why didn't have the integral, but also always displayed the computer left unused, asked which master, this was any question

Machine translation is not very good, so I am not sure what you are asking. It appears that you have successfully attached a computer to the project and received a task to compute.

If BOINC applications are idle when you look, perhaps it is because of your general preferences: if “Suspend work while computer is in use? is set to “yes, then your moving the mouse will pause all activity for 3 minutes (or some other interval, which you can set). Most users experience little or no interference with their use of the computer if this setting is “no. But if you prefer “yes, while using BOINC Manager you can set the Activity menu to “run always while you check your progress. When you are finished you can set it back to “Run according to preferences and BOINC will only work when you are not doing anything with it.

Is there anyone here who understands Chinese and can help lixianlong?

Maybe BOINC 项目介 – Einstein@home will be of some use.

能 BOINC 项目介 – Einstein@home 将有用一些。

The computer in question now

The computer in question now has a result "in progress", so I guess everything is fine now. You should be able to see the "progress" percentage increase over time if you run boinc Manager.

Happy crunching,

Thank you to the mod that removed the Chinese text.
I was to have this interpreted today by our translator at work.
Somehow I doubt little squares will translate into the message that was posted here.

Do you now insist that all messages are are in English or are you adverse to postings in languages you can not understand?

Graeme.

Hi!

I'm quite sure nobody intentionally removed the Chinese text. It could be that the Browser you are currently using does not support the encoding, I'm quite sure it did still work this morning when I logged in from home.

Correct, I can see the Chinese text just fine. I had the same issue at a job that had a backend proxy that blocked the foreign characters (even though I had the encoding loaded).

Apologies, the machine at work is not geared up for displaying Chinese text.
In fact it is not geared up for much as it runs Windoze 98 but my manager refuses to buy a new one until Microsoft turns off 98'.

Sorry about that.

Graeme.
