No commands that increase the times.  Best you can do for Einstein is increase the GPU speed to around (for a 980TI) 1....

3 WU@time    5788secs.   Equals 1929 secs per work unit 980ti. 1.4 GHz gpu.  Memory at 3.505 GHZ never tried 4 at a time
