The data mirror at the Albert Einstein Institute in Germany will be down for part of the day starting at ~7:30 UTC. E@H participants do not need make any configuration changes to BOINC because your client will automatically find another mirror.

Today we passed the 50% complete point on our first S5 search! We estimate that all the work for this first S5 search will have been sent out by about February 10th 2007. Also, the LIGO Scientific Collaboration has recently completed its review of our S3

Today we passed the 50% complete point on our first S5 search! We estimate that all the work for this first S5 search will have been sent out by about February 10th 2007. Also, the LIGO Scientific Collaboration has recently completed its review of our S3 search, and approved distribution of the final results, which will be posted here in the next day or two.

We have begun general distribution of new and faster applications for Linux and Windows computers

We have begun general distribution of new and faster applications for Linux and Windows computers. Computers which are already running Einstein@Home will automatically download these, so no action is needed by project participants.
