The "Teflon Don" is what the News Media called a mafia boss in New York City USA before he got put in jail for life where he died. They called him that because for MANY years several governments, Local, State and Federal took him to Court but like Al Capone in the 1940's nothing seemed to stick to the guy, eventually they got the technology to record him from behind a closed window across the street, and a wiretap on a snitch, as he walked outside doing his business where he thought he was safe from prying eyes and ears.
