Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be the data this time. It's more likely some issue with your machine. Have you overclocked it?
You have 4 validate errors showing of which 3 have each been completed and validated by two other hosts. Check the workunits for yourself. The data can't be contaminated by RFI if other hosts are successfully validating these particular tasks.
yes its overclocked, but never had problems with it. Could it be a problem with the beta app v1.52 (BRP4G-Beta-opencl-ati) ?
Finished a WU on linux now..same machine. Not OCed here https://einsteinathome.org/workunit/241660258
not validated yet..we'll see. I unchecked beta-testing for now
If you are running GPU utilization at 0.5 at less (aka running at 2x) try reverting to 1.0 as this is a known problem for the latest GCN 1.2 AMD cards.
Also if you are overclocking, i'd suggest reverse to stock settings.
Because the results completed are compared to two others, and your results failed to match. This sadly means zero points.
These problems can be difficult to trace, good luck.
There were 6 results declared 'invalid' for the first link and 22 for the second. None of these are 'validate' errors.
A validate error is where the validator does a preliminary sanity check of a result and finds rubbish. A result declared 'invalid' actually contains non-rubbish information, but when later compared to another result, doesn't match closely enough.
If those GPUs are overclocked, returning them to a lower frequency may very well cure the problem. The other thing to investigate is the adequacy of cooling. Have you checked for any signs of a fan problem or fluff/dust buildup on the GPU heatsink? They're just the obvious first checks. If it's not one of those, the power quality would probably be the next thing to look at. Swapping to a known good PSU is the easiest way to check that.

i did that now for my apu (still OCed) and it seems to help. Activated beta-testing again and still no errors at all.
GPU Load isnt at 100% all the time, but no more validate errors for me (:

Seem to have way to many problems lately.
Completed, marked as invalid
Validate error

Why not points at all and the tasks are completing, what can we do on our end to reduce the Validate errors and Completed, marked as invalid

I guess you mean this host

I'm getting a lot of validate

I'm getting a lot of validate errors with BRP4G-Beta-opencl-ati on two GPUs that I know are stable.
https://einsteinathome.org/host/4280688
https://einsteinathome.org/host/12214325
On the same GPUs, all BRP6-opencl-ati wus validate ok. I have been using a GPU utilization factor of 0.5. I will change this to 1 and see if it helps.

I was going to suggest stop using the beta app although it has been in beta since June. Good luck.

My machine has one validate error,

All of the rest seem fine so far.
RE: My machine has one

Yes this work unit 550879678 may have a bit of a problem.
I'd suggest keep an eye on that work unit and if any more "validate errors" occur it will need to be cancelled by one of the devs.
