While poppageek reporting downloads to be working quite some time ago, the (very few) tasks I saw back then were exclusively re-issues, and in very small amounts. From about 15 minutes ago all three of my systems have seen work requests answered with big gulps of tasks with creation dates about six hours old, but just recently sent to hosts.
Now if validation and such are up and running, things from a user point of view may be about recovered.
There is a regular script that is suppose to restart the upload handler. With the network mostly operational, the system should hopefully restart soon.
I certainly hope so. Virtually all my hosts continue to be out of work. Even though there was a brief period where uploads were possible (maybe around 4.00AM local time), that didn't happen for me since the hosts were in multi-hour back-offs at the time. Now, with work available (and uploads stuck again), none can ask, because, " ... too many uploads in progress ...". Grrrrrr!!
