Unable to change to desired email address

In the 14th Sep I had to change my email address from theseeker1942-[at]-gmail.com to petershane42-[at]-gmail.com. The result in this project was that that new email AD already exised but even though the User name was not the same, i.e: (it should have pointed to user Cruncher Pete for that is the AD I wanted to change), it changed to McShane of TSBT with 0 Credit.
The problem is that now I can not crunch your project for I have to wait until the 11th Oct before I can change it again for I* have no idea where the credits will go to.
