Rubbish!!! My doctor said said my body was totally shot with stodgy food intake abuse and that I was crazy and should take this bucket load of pills every day until the day he dies. Mind you, I feel much better for joining this forum; the thought police haven't dragged me away yet :) (I'm trying to make it a genuine smiley, but they say I always had this crazy grin since I joined THE FINAL FRONT EAR).

Yeah, we take genuine pity on the TTFE'ers, as it validates/strokes our mod ego's real good.....thus on balance it's better to have them around ...... :-)
Still, I can give the thought police a call if it would make you feel more comfortable .... ???
Cheers, Mike.

(edit) and yes, you are quite right to be wary of the doctors .... :-)

I have made this letter longer than usual because I lack the time to make it shorter ...

... and my other CPU is a Ryzen 5950X :-) Blaise Pascal

Thanks for being so helpfully Mike, but I really don't want to put you to any trouble. It's a strange term I used "thought police". I must have been reading George Orwell again recently. But it wasn't that, it is probably the anniversary of the battle of Cable Street where the police were trying to uphold the right of fascists to march through London in 1936. "The police had been determined that a lawful march would not be impeded. And the anti-fascists had assembled under the Spanish slogan No Pasaran - they shall not pass." They were dark days with even darker days looming as WWII approached.

Where abouts in Aus are you? I have a brother living in Perth.

Tres cool, part of the service really. It's in the fineprint on your ticket, and the regulars here like a good show as much as anyone ..... :-)

Yeah 1984 is a classic, love that room with the rat ..... and BB, of course ... :-)
Brave New World is another good dystopia ....

Ahh, the polarities that fear invokes.....

SE corner, 1 hour NE of Melbourne half way up the tail of our Great Dividing Range. Luvelly views, but kickass bushfires last year alas. Still, Spring has sprung and the grass has riz, so it's coming back nicely!

Cheers, Mike.

So strange to hear you entering Spring when we are entering Autumn on this side of the hemisphere.

Cheers,

Kommt also mal bei uns vorbei. Es lohnt sich.
