Tasks stuck in download and never start

Usually the tasks I get are with 20min estimated run time but then few tasks start downloading with estimated run of 9 hours and they never finish downloading. Eventually because of that no new tasks are fetched and work stops until I abort them and then everything is ok for a day or two.
