We're aware that a sortable view and/or summary count of user's tasks, hosts, etc is a high-requested item. Unfortunately our current version of Drupal does not support those features. We are actively looking into how to upgrade, which is of itself a large task. I can only assure you (all) that we are aware this and want to fix it. But unfortunately it will have to be part of a larger upgrade.
Thank you for this clarification. I had understood it was just a matter of where these functions dwelt on your priority list, and imagined that mentioning moments when they would have been especially helpful might perhaps usefully modify the priority. I'll undertake to mention this point less often.
- I just had another round of granting credit to the successful tasks of the canceled part of this "test run" that came in after Christian last did that (about a week ago).
- App versions 1.02 are meant to fix a problem at the very end of the computation when the applications finds nothing left to do but the Client finds expected result files missing.
- App version 1.03 is our attempt to (finally!) make use of AVX for the GW search on Macs. I don't expect much speedup here, and the population of OSX machines on E@H has shrunken quite a bit (~6.5%), so we didn't give that a high priority.
Work availability as listed on the server status page as Spot1Thi tasks ready to send has stayed near zero for over a day. Spot1TLo has fluctuated but generally with many thousands.
As this was billed as a test run, perhaps the Hi tasks intended have all already been created? Else there seems to be a problem.
... the Hi tasks intended have all already been created?
Indeed - or, more precisely: all intended workunits have been created. There will be additional tasks from returned errors or invalids for a while.
To speed up finishing the "Low" part I enabled to deliver these tasks to the "fast" hosts as well. This will give an irregular credit boost for these hosts as long as it lasts, but these are only a few 10k WUs.
The server status page shows preliminary setup indications for what appear to be new production (not "tuning") O1SpotHi and O1SpotLo work. None available yet.
Status indications for the Tuning Lo work have disappeared, though a few hours ago they showed lots of work out and in progress.
CPU work requests for my three hosts enabled for this work are uniformly met with messages that no work is available for the (new) "Continuous Gravitational Wave search Galactic Center highFreq", nor "Continuous Gravitational Wave search Galactic Center lowFreq", nor "Continuous Gravitational Wave search Galactic Center Tuning highFreq". No mention of Tuning lowFreq, despite the fact that one of the three was ONLY ever able to get lowfreq, and the more capable ones were supplied that type in the last couple of days.
In summary, there are some disturbances in the Force, I suppose as we move forward toward production running.
My personal response is to set my work request queue depths very low (0.2 days) and await developments
Indeed we are moving to the "O1Spot production mode run", which is targeted to run a couple of months. I'll post an announcement soon.
For the "tuning" run we produced more workunits than what was needed, so I stopped sending that work for now until I could purge the superfluous tasks from the DB. Then I will enable "O1Spot1TLo" again to correctly finish the workunits that were already being processed.

I notice the work generators are also disabled, so we won't be seeing any more work until they become active.

Anyone receive validation on any Continuous Gravitational Wave search Galactic Center Tuning highFreq v1.00 task?
I've crunched a bunch, but no wing man has been given any of the tasks.
