Screen saver problem with ATI Graphics card?

Sorry...see this is a known problem in another thread....missed it on first scanning (is there a way to delete your messages?):

I am running BOINC 4.45 with the 'beta' einstein that 'fixes' the ATI graphics problem...but notice that when I go to wake the machine up from the screen saver, the current processing result aborts with an unrecoverable error. Is this a known issue?
