I'm not sure if it's related or coincidence, but after the maintenance outage earlier, I'm now getting CPU work.
So... maybe fixed?

It is related, Bernd has looked at the HTTP fault report in this thread and attended to the matter - entailing the short outage. The BOINC feature of locality scheduling that E@H uses is involved in this problem.
