What you can do to get the data is right-click one of the HTTP packets and click "follow TCP stream". Ethereal will analyse the trace records and merge the data sections showing you what was sent and received (sent to the server is red, replies to your host are in blue). You can save it to a file, or select the text and copy it to the clipboard or here.
And when you click "close" it'll only show the trace records for that connection, all the other records will be filtered out and you won't see them.

and a Microsoft Knowledge Base "You recieve an 'Error 711: Cannot load Remote Access Service Connection Manager' error message when you create a network connection" ( as Q330163 ), which gives a step by step resolution:
SYMPTOMS
When you try to create a new network connection, you may receive the following error message:
Error 711: Cannot load Remote Access Service Connection Manager.
The Routing and Remote Access service terminated with service-specific error 711 (0x2C7)
Incoming Connections depend on the Routing and Remote Access service which was unable to start. For more information, check the system event log.
You may also be unable to install network adapters.
CAUSE
This issue may occur if the following services are disabled: • Telephony
• Remote Access Connection Manager
• Remote Access Auto Connection Manager
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, enable the disabled services, and then start the services: 1. Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Manage.
2. Double-click Services and Applications, and then double-click Services.
3. Right-click Telephony, and then click Properties.
4. On the General tab, click Manual next to Startup type.
5. On the General tab, click Start under Service status, and then click OK.
6. Repeat steps 3 - 5 for the Remote Access Connection Manager service and for the Remote Access Auto Connection Manager service.
Try that, let us know how you go.
Cheers, Mike.

Aaah! You're running Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition, Service Pack 2, (05.01.2600.00). Well I've checked out mine, in Help and Support Center, yielding ( Full-Text Search Matches ):
711 - The Remote Access Service Manager could not start. Additional information is provided in the event log.
and a Microsoft Knowledge Base "You recieve an 'Error 711: Cannot load Remote Access Service Connection Manager' error message when you create a network connection" ( as Q330163 ), which gives a step by step resolution:
( edit ) We're not going to have much joy with any WinXP remote assistance until this is fixed! :-(
( edit ) Sigh .... in which case, of course, we wouldn't then need to use remote assistance!
I have made this letter longer than usual because I lack the time to make it shorter ...
