I just ordered some new parts to upgrade another one of mine so by the weekend I will have another GPU cruncher.
It will get another 4GB ram and a Ultra X4 850 watt PSU and a GeForce GTX 650Ti SSC
And since I already did this on another one I have that is the exact same pc it will be up and running in about 10 minutes.......probably take more time to get the parts out of the packages
Well I updated another one last night and after all the fun of installing the drivers and then messing around with the clocks settings and voltage a few times and watching with the GPU-Z and the EVGA Precision X my addition of this EVGA GeForce GTX 650Ti SSC it looks like it is ready to get to work and get the best times for the BRP X2
Yes they run better at X2 than at X3 and this one is superclocked and I spent the first day seeing how far I could overclock and actually got a few tasks done in 32 minutes before it would freeze things up so right now it is set a bit safer and is having no trouble with a 52min average per tasks X2
And also that GPU-Z number you see saying the GPU load being 87% doesn't mean that is all it is actually running.
Most of the time it will say 99%.......that just happened to be at 87% when I took the snapshot.
Also this one is just a 3-core host that is using 2 cores for running Test4Theory X2 w/the virtualbox at the same time.......for now.
I will probably mess with the clocks a bit more so they will be in the upper 40mins later today.
Thanks. I'm running 95% CPU

Thanks. I'm running 95% CPU time right now and no problems - just didn't want to try 100% without being sure I wouldn't crash or something.
Also, with BRPx2 my 680 is still only 80 - 90% in use. I'll give 3 a try and see what it does to my efficiency.

By default I run fully loaded with 8 CPU and 1 GPU task on my i7-920/GTX560 system; and only ever have to back down from that level with some games.

Migic - Have you tried BRP
)
Migic - Have you tried BRP X3? Your GPU load is not more then 85%. Could you please provide results for such case?
I've tried 3 simultaneous
)
I've tried 3 simultaneous tasks on a 650; it was either no gain, or if I recall correctly, a performance loss.
