      Exit and then restart Boinc, if that doesn't work restart the whole pc. It sounds like you have an IP problem connecting to Einstein.

      Already estarted the whole PC a couple times before posting, without success...

      What is annoying is that the upload process works, but not the reporting process...

      It worked on the 20th of this month, what has changed since then? One of your pc's returned work today but the other has not returned any work since he 20th, so I am guessing we are talking about that one. Something on that machine is different than the other one, that works just fine.

        A couple of days ago it had been able to send the reports, but now it is again unable to send them.

        What is puzzling is that I can upload the results, but I cannot report them.

        I have re-enabled Enigma@home and Cosmology@Home to see if they have similar problems.

          Nothing that I am aware of. On the 26th it was breiefly able to report.

            The Cosmology@home workunits will take a bit longer than the 43 minutes needed by Enigma.

              I'm no expert in reading this, but I highlighted the line that struck me.

              Is it possible that your proxy has a size limit that prevents your requests from being forwarded?

                I'm no expert in reading this, but I highlighted the line that struck me.

                Is it possible that your proxy has a size limit that prevents your requests from being forwarded?

                http://www.proxy4free.com/page1.html you could try. They do come and go but the list is updated monthly and is 9 pages long!!

                  Since the proxy is in a private address range (10.2.10.20), my guess is that it functions as his only available internet gateway. If Gundolf's guess is right, he may have to talk to his corporate sysadmins about the problem.

                    Yeah I tried connecting to that too and it did not work and if he is at work and doesn't have permission, that could be his problem.
