odd memory info for O3AS1 tasks

The stderr output of O3AS1 tasks summarises the memory used obviously correctly to be in the order of 500 MB (plus peaks).

In the contrary, when I click on the properties button in the Boinc Manager, I get different memory requirement information for those tasks: between about 500 MB and 10GB. Those latter numbers look odd to me since they differ substantially from the stderr number. It seems to me that O3AS1 tasks on Ubuntu 18 give low (correct) numbers whereas tasks on Ubuntu 20 give way to high numbers as confusing information.

So where do those memory informations stem from, is it a matter of the operating system or Einstein or Boinc?
