That line tells it all. The software works on a debt system, if you have crunched a bunch more Einstein than another project, and then the other project needs to catch up. Good example is you are LHC, which does not send out results to be crunched on, all the time. So the debt for LHC is way out of whack, and so it will ignore other projects until that debt is paid back.

Aha Perhaps we have something here!!
How do I go about fixing this?
Detch then re-up, and are there any files I need to discard in the boinc directory??

Thanks

Sure host #393164 is yours? To check this, restart BOINC and post the first 20ish messages here.

Detach/Attach is helping for sure, but lets find the cause first. Detach/Attach is
usually the last resort.

The last scheduler request

Message 23443 in response to message 23442

The last scheduler request was probably caused by hitting the project->update button. You were not requesting nor reporting any work. At least it reveals your resource share of 22% for E@H.

And you are not overcommitted.

So I suspect it is a debt problem. The BOINC work scheduler thinks you have done enough E@H already. To confirm this, you can have a look at your client_state.xml file and search for debt.

Long term debt is part of the decision of which project to download from next. If the long term debt is less than negative Queue Size no work request will be made of that project unless a CPU is idle. Long term debt is shifted such that the mean is always 0 (the sum of all Long Term Debt values is 0).
