I apologise for all the questions and I have checked the FAQ and not found an answer.
After completed closing the BOINC manager yesterday, I now cannot get anything back. Credits, job running, jobs waited to be run, etc. The error message I get every 10 or 15 min is "communication failed".
I have even removed the program and reinstalled it based upon a second error message. Even when I attempt to attach to a project, I now get screen requesting proxy settings and port number that I did not get when I first installed BOINC on this machine and on 2 others.
Does anyone have any idea as to what I have done or am doing wrong.
