Dumb question here, but how do I assign the boinc_project & boinc_master permissions to the new files without reinstalling BOINC every time?
In a terminal window:
cd /Library/Application\\ Support/BOINC\\ Data/projects/einstein.phys.uwm.edu
sudo chown boinc_master:boinc_project ./*
Or, in the Finder select the BOINC Data folder (or just the E@h folder), Get Info (command-i), click the “Details� disclosure-triangle under “Ownership & Permissions�, then the “Apply to enclosed items…� button at the bottom.
