It is right there in front of us, the last word is coffee!

There are just a few things that I claim expertise in,but coffee is one of them. As a student of coffee, I can assure you that is was coffee that started the industrial revolution when the English brought coffee from Africa and started drinking coffee for with the mid day meal in lieu of a pint or two, productivity and clarity of thought tended to increase in all aspects of business and society, including the sciences and finance.

Now, as one who grinds his own beans every morning while at home, the wonderful roasts of Italy and France (no, I am not talking about football!!!) with pure water (never from the tap) in a coffee brewer, preferably glass, that is pristine clean and savored as soon as the brewing is complete... no sugar, no milk...ahhh the heart starts, the mind clears, the taste buds, all the senses come alive....

the last word is coffee . . .

Michael
I also am a connisiour of fine coffee, always black, no additives. But lateley I have had problems getting the water correct. I was wondering which of the following types of water you use?

1) Polyunsaturated water
2) Dehydrated water
3) Monounsaturated water
4) Krypton enriched water

or a combination of 2 or 3 types of water. I have heard many say that the dehydrated water is the best, but the world supply is getting short as so much is being shipped to the mid Atlantic ridge whare water is a rare commidity.
Cheers
Ray

Ray,

I have found that dehydrated water works best for mr. I add to every ounce of dehydrated water 8 ounces of filtered water and get a Cup of water. It works really well.
