Maybe this was stated already but there is another point of view to relative "importance" of different kind of tasks - their "computational hardness".
From this point of view GW tasks must cost much more. They are more long (so increased chance of erroring out due to some accident) and more memory demanding so have few computational devices that would able to process them.
So from this point of view would be right to reward completion of GW tasks more.
