Well I just started up a GTX 1060 under Ubuntu 20.04.5, which is running 0.13 (BRP7-opencl-nvidia). It is validating only against the 0.12 (BRP7-cuda55) Windows ones (four thus far).
Does MeerKAT on a Linux/NVIDIA/ocl scale well? Specifically does it run "faster" with 2x tasks per GPU than 1x?
I am guessing no because the GPU utilization I am seeing seems to stay well north of 95%.

MeerKAT v.0.13 (BRP7-opencl-ati) is running well at 3X on my RX 570s and RX 5600xt, at last! Seeing around 2-3% invalids.
A few days ago, I switched Project preferences to include both MeerKAT and GRBP#1 GPU tasks and have been getting ~ 95% MeerKAT tasks to run. Is the FGRBPG1 reign on task allocation at an end? My RAC is taking a hit, but I bow to the BOINC server gods. LOL

it probably has to do with the DCF (or some other BOINC metric) difference between the task types. this same kind of thing happened with the gravitational wave tasks. if you had both selected, you would get almost exclusively GW with a few gamma ray thrown in here and there. if you want an even split, really the only way is to run multiple clients and some custom tweaking.
It seems like every day, I find (at least) one MeerKAT 0.13 (BRP7-opencl-ati) task stuck on my machine. It'll run for hours with no progress. When I pause and resume the task, it will complete, but the hours it spent doing nothing are erased.

Since your computers are hidden it is difficult to offer any troubleshooting.
It looks like your running a AMD/Radeon GPU. Which one? What driver version? And what operating system?
How many MeerKAT tasks are you running on your GPU(s)? eg. 1X, 2X 3X tasks at the same time on the same Gpu?

The OS is OpenSUSE 15.4, using the amdgpu driver. clinfo shows the following:
Device Name gfx1010:xnack-
Device Vendor Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
Device Vendor ID 0x1002
Device Version OpenCL 2.0
Driver Version 3452.0 (HSA1.1,LC)
Device OpenCL C Version OpenCL C 2.0
Device Type GPU
Device Board Name (AMD) AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT

So has Bernd give up on a Meerkat CUDA application for Linux? I still see one for Windows.

Here is one that validated against v0.13 (BRP7-opencl-nvidia) and Linux. It looks like the only one out of 30 thus far.

All the others validated against 0.12 (BRP7-cuda55) Windows. I don't see any OpenCl at all.

You are correct. In my case, using 1x was much more efficient and effective.
