You might try (sorry, I'm not a Debian user) looking at your BOINC Manager program in the advanced view and then look under the tab 'Tools' and the 'Event Log'. This should open another window with your 'event log'.
If the amount of time and therefore the number of lines in your log is more that what can be shown up to your starting point, you'll need to exit BOINC Manager, wait a minute and re-open it. Then go to the event log and copy the first 30 lines, or more as needed.

I see the logging flag for http_debug in your printout. But I don't see any to the output from using that flag.
Something isn't right. Would like to see the first 30 lines of the log at startup too which you haven't provided yet.
