Given my experience with the last run, I want to be there to oversee how they apps run. That is not going to happen for at least 3 weeks as I'm out of the country for 2 weeks then back to work for another.
Fortunately beta apps are easy to turn off. Preferences: Project: Run test applications?: No
I've one Linux/ati host with plenty of O2MD1G2 tasks for the v2.02 app that are in queue and pending verification, and even one that's validated, but my other Linux/ati host with identical prefs (and faster GPUs) is still plugging away on nothing but binary pulsar tasks (a.k.a. second prize). Hoping this weekend will bring nothing but v2.02 work.
Ideas are not fixed, nor should they be; we live in model-dependent reality.

Bernd asked elsewhere in this message... "It would probably help me if someone could make a sched_reply_einstein.phys.uwm.edu.xml" file available to me from an affected host. " Maybe your host at the moment could be used for that.

Yes! Absolutely!
@cecht
Take a copy of the current scheduler reply (it's in the BOINC directory) and put it in a safe place. Also take a copy of the scheduler log messages from the website and confirm that the scheduler log still has the "lost result" stuff in it. That way you will know that your sched_reply file matches the scheduler log entry and therefore should be useful to Bernd. You could send Bernd 2 PMs, one with the sched_reply file from your machine and the other with the matching scheduler log entry so he has both bits of information.
Thanks very much for doing this. I gave up when my hosts ran out of work and put them back on FGRPB1G, so I don't have any current examples.

Downloading perfectly now. Tasks running great. First tasks finished, result: "success" (awaiting validation). Thanks and happy weekend! :-)

I looked at the last server contact from that host... https://einsteinathome.org/host/12772774/log
There was a "lost task" thing going on.

Zalster would be the other user who could supply the files but he is unavailable for a while.

Now that gravity waves have started flowing my host has 1307 valid results and 3 validate errors sent on the 25th, that is most unusual.
