As far as I know it's not

As far as I know it's not possible to merge accounts, sorry.

What's usually recommended is that you choose one of the accounts to carry on with and abandon the other (possibly changing the username and email to bogus values).

If you choose the account you post here on the forums with, then set your hosts to No new tasks for Einstein and either complete and report the tasks or abort and report them. Then remove Einstein and add it back with the correct credentials.

If you choose the other account then you should logout of the site and then login again with the other accounts credentials. If you can't access the other account then click the link to request a new password and then either try to fill in your email or use the authenticator-based login, just follow the instructions on the page and if you have any problems then don't hesitate to ask! Wink

After you have sorted this out then don't forget to check the privacy setting to allow Einstein to share data and within 24 hours Boinstats should pick you up again.

HOLMIS, I thank you for your

HOLMIS, I thank you for your assistance. Without your help I would not have found that I had 2 accounts set up.

I have chosen to use the other account, not this one, as it has more credit on it. Email addresses have been changed, removed from Boinc, privacy settings updated, just waiting now for Boincstats to catch up.

Once again HOLMIS, thank you for your help, it is very much appreciated.Smile

I'm happy it all worked out

I'm happy it all worked out in the end! Laughing

I see that your stats are now showing on Boincstats but your Cross-project identifier hasn't synced up yet. It should do this automatically if the email you use is the same for all of your projects. If you want to speed up the process then make sure one host has all of your projects added and then manually update them one after the other, it might take a passing or 3 of the list to get all things synced between the different projects.

The sync process can also be done with multiple hosts where none is running all projects, the important part is that there is a link between hosts and projects so the data can be synced.
For example 2 hosts running a total of 3 projects could look like:
Host 1 running projects A + B
Host 2 running projects B + C
Where project B acts like a bridge between projects A and C through Host 2. There are many other permutations of this example and if there's more projects and more host involved it gets complicated quite fast.

Thank you Holmis for

Thank you Holmis for persisting with your help on this one.

I was extremely happy to see that because multiple account situations give me the shudders! :-).

You are now nominated as the resident expert for sorting out these situations ;-).

Cheers,
Gary.

Thank you for the feedback and confirmation that this has been fixed!
I'm happy to help and I'm glad that this got sorted out! WinkCool I'm also hoping that it can be of use to others that might find themselves in a similar situation, hopefully giving enough hints to sort out the problem!

Well, thank you! (But if I'm not "allowed" to thank you then maybe your not allowed to thank me!? Undecided ... Just kidding!!! Laughing)
I'm also happy that I didn't give up and persisted with the notion that multiple accounts might be the problem this time.
