Blocked Profile

Why is my profile still blocked? It says that it could take up to a few days. It has already been a few months. I have done work for the project off and on sence 1997. I will also do more in the future. I have a RAC of 244 and pending credits. I use the same profile on all my projects so I know nothing is wrong with it.
