I don't think that the results marked as "invalid" are really ("scientifically") bad or unusable. One should be able to tune the validator in a way that would make accept these. However this would require a statistical analysis of the results that I currently don't have time for. Adding some support for this to the validator itself is on my todo-list, but I don't think I'll come to finish that this year.
