Here's the info I was looking for. It's using tags in the cc_config.xml. You just have to put the proper project URLs there to configure which GPU is allowed to run which project. The numbers assigned to each GPU (0, 1 etc.) could be visible nio the BOINC startup log.. or just try.
BTW: 3 Einstein tasks might overwhelm the memory on a GPU with "just" 1 GB. In this case an error would be expected.

I've been running 3x on a 1GB 650Ti for quite a while now with no problems so 1GB seems to be enough for 3x. There was a noticeable improvement in performance when i changed from 2x. RAC went from around 37K to close to 45K. The machine runs Linux with KDE as the GUI and I use it every day for lots of other things without issue.
